Comprehensive Inspection Process

To ensure all products meet or exceed project specifications, QDP employs in-house testing and measurement at multiple stages:

  • Incoming Inspection – Verification of raw materials before production begins.
  • Work in Process (WIP) Inspection – Continuous quality checks during manufacturing.
  • Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT) – Final inspection before product release.
  • Integrated Video Inspection System – High-precision visual verification.
  • Class 10,000 Laminar Flow Hood – Ensures contamination-free inspections.

Advanced Testing Capabilities

QDP utilizes an in-house I-MASS 2000 Peel Adhesion Tester, which measures peel adhesion values for pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes. We adhere to industry-standard test methods:

  • PSTC-101 (International Harmonized Standard)
  • ASTM D3330/D3330M

Clean Room Manufacturing

For projects requiring strict environmental control, QDP offers Class 10,000 (ISO Class 6) Clean Room Manufacturing, using:

  • Laminar Flow Hoods – For precision-driven smaller processes.
  • Softwall Clean Rooms – For larger operations.
